  • • Eligible after holding your ACT Learner Licence for at least 3 months
  • First attempt is free; further attempts have a fee — confirm the current amount with Access Canberra
  • • A failed attempt means a 24-hour lockout before trying again
  • • No need to bring your completion certificate when applying for your ACT Provisional Licence — it's recorded automatically
  • • Part of the ACT's competency-based licensing pathway, alongside logbook hours and either a Government Practical Driving Assessment or Competency Based Training and Assessment
